Szandi, Greg and Iskander: Three Radically Changed Lives

Szandi was healed herself and did not wait to go to the streets and pray for others healing.

"The doctors put screws in my ankles to help me because they said my feet were to flat. They were supposed to give me more stability, but instead I only have pain when I stand very long. I can't even jump. Can you pray for me?" asked Szandi, a Hungarian young lady. When I finished praying for her, her response was, "Am I really healed?! Am I really healed?! The pain is gone! I can jump without any pain!"

Greg organised this even after his life was radically changed last year.
In 2015, I led a Prophetic Youth Conference in Debrecen, Hungary. Our chauffer for our ministry team was a young man named Greg. His life was radically changed that weekend after he saw people get healed through his prayers and he had the gift of prophecy activated in his life. His pastor was so impressed at how Greg's life was changed, that we were asked to come to Budapest this year and do another prophetic conference at their church.

This event proved to also be a life changing conference for many more Hungarian young people as well. People were physically healed, baptized in the Holy Spirit and in water, activated to prophesy and trained in Power Evangelism. (Power Evangelism is sharing the love of Jesus using healing, prophecy, words of knowledge, etc.). After leaving Hungary, I received a video from Szandi where she and her friends were on the streets of Budapest, "saying prophecies to people and healing people." People's lives are radically changed when they experience God's power working through them.

A year and a half ago, Iskander, a 23 year old Dutch man, went with me on the streets in Amsterdam and saw people get healed through prayer. After that experience, he started meeting people on the streets of Amsterdam daily and seeing people get healed. His love for God and reaching people only grew stronger and he decided to move to the Middle-East and learn Arabic for a year. He now has come back to Amsterdam and he has a heart to reach Arabs (Syrians) with the love of Christ. He was on our ministry team to Budapest and we have spent a lot of time on the streets of Amsterdam and visiting with Arab speakers.
Iskander is an example a European young person who doesn't want to just talk about God, but wants to make his too will be used by God even more effectively!

Ministry Shift
The first ten years that we have been on the mission field, our focus was local: we wanted to plant a church in a multicultural part of Amsterdam. We have a stable pastoral team at New Life West, and now we are seeing a shift in our ministry. God is using us more apostolically in Holland and throughout Europe by helping plant churches and equip believers. Doors have opened in Holland, Belgium, Hungary, Czech, Spain, the U.K, and the Ukraine.
We are very excited! We are also mobilizing Dutch people (members from our own church and others) to come with us and see tremendous growth in their lives after coming on these short-term mission trips.

Ten more weeks...

Ten more weeks until my due date, November the 9th, and the pregnancy is going great. I had to be tested for pregnancy diabetes, because Judah weighed 10 pounds at birth (which is usually an indicator for diabetes). But yesterday the results from that came in and my blood sugar is normal! Praise God! No sugar free diet….! We are expecting a little girl. We have picked a beautiful name…Hannah Grace. Judah calls her “Hannah Gracie”. Talking about Judah…we just celebrated his birthday on the 17th of August. He loved it! It was the first time he could realize that this was all for him and he is still singing birthday songs. He is just developing so quickly, he learns new words every day and because I speak to him in Dutch, he is picking up Dutch real fast. Here are some pictures!!
