            Yesterday I went out onto the street with a new friend of mine to pray for people. In the one hour that we went out we got to pray for about ten people. Here are a few highlights. We came to four young guys hanging out on a bench and I asked them if I could “practice some spiritual gifts with them like such as healing. Then I asked them if any of them had pain anywhere. One guy said that he had shoulder pain and after I prayed for him he was surprised when he realized that all the pain was gone.             Then I asked if any of them had Asthma. One of the guys did and when I was done praying for him he said that he could breathe better.           There is a Chinese proverb about a man who received a special gift from the gods. It was a little nut shell with a red lint hanging out of it that had very special powers. Whenever the man would have problem or difficulty all he had to do was pull the red lint and the problem would be over. For example, if he had a test on Friday, he would pull the red lint on Thursday and it would suddenly be Saturday and the test would have been behind him and he would have passed the test with flying colours. This man, we can call Harry, was so happy with his shell and the little red lint that he always kept it with him.             A difficult discussion with his boss, wife or kids was always to be solved by simply pulling on the red little lint. A gathering of friends at an English estate nearly turned to tragedy when one of the children strayed into deep water. The gardener heard the cries for help, plunged in, and rescued the drowning child. That youngster's name was Winston Churchill. His grateful parents asked the gardener what they could do to reward him. He hesitated, then said, "I wish my son could go to college someday and become a doctor." "We'll see to it," Churchill's parents promised.  Years later, while Sir Winston was prime minister of England, he was stricken with pneumonia. The country's best physician was summoned. His name was Dr. Alexander Fleming, the man who discovered and developed penicillin. He was also the son of that gardener who had saved young Winston from drowning.   O ne young woman had been suffering for five years with a debilitating muscle sickness called Fibromyalgia. Her muscles would lock up and keep her from being able to function. After praying for her on a recent trip she began saying that she could do things she had not done in years. The next day she walked for six hours straight in a busy downtown center without having any pain. She can now run, jump, bike and function normally. The crippling sickness is gone in Jesus name. The worship leader of our church, Robert, was at a relative’s birthday party where he began sharing stories of recent healings. His cousin told him that his uncle had Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in his hand and wrist. His uncle had not felt his fingers in years. When Robert prayed for him, he felt tingling and warmth come into his hand. In the midst of all this spiritual and paranormal activity, we have discovered that a psychic fair is an ideal place to share the love and power of Jesus Christ using the power of the Holy Spirit. During one recent weekend, we saw many healings in the name of Jesus Christ as well as people asking Jesus to come into their hearts.
